• usually, prices tend to increase during holiday seasons in July, August, December, or national holidays. Upon booking, we will send an invoice to your email or via WhatsApp. Kindly make a deposit payment one day before the trip takes place.

Registration and Payment:

• Registration can be done online through the official website or via registered tour agents in Gili Trawangan, Lombok.
• Online bookings need to pay a 50% deposit of the total price before the activity starts.

Delays and Cancellations:

• For Sharing Snorkeling trips, participants more than 10 minutes late cannot join the activity.
• Cancellations can be made with a notice of 14 days before the departure date for a 100% refund, 7 days before the arrival date for a 50% refund, and cancel from the 3rd day to the day of arrival date are non-refundable.

Health and Safety:

• Participants must be in adequate physical and mental health to join the activity.
• Participants must follow the instructions of the guide and responsible staff to ensure safety.

Participant’s Responsibility:

• Participants are fully responsible for their belongings and cannot hold the organizers accountable for loss or damage.
• Participants must maintain cleanliness and preserve the environment during the activity.

Activity Cancellation:

• Activities may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons beyond the organizers’ control.

Use of Photos and Videos:

• The organizers have the right to use participants’ photos and videos for promotional purposes.
• Participants can request not to be included in photos and videos.
