Yes. A deposit is required to secure your fast boat seats, hotel allocation, and activity slots. The remaining balance is typically paid before the tour starts (or as instructed on your voucher).

The meet-up area is available at several locations across Lombok. Guests staying in Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air will be picked up at Bangsal Harbor. For those in Kuta Lombok y Senggigi, pickup is available directly from your hotel. Airport pickup is also available at El Aeropuerto Internacional De Lombok. Exact meeting details will be shared after booking confirmation.

If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking anti-seasickness medication 30–60 minutes before departure, staying hydrated, and sitting in the middle of the boat for better stability.
