The meet-up area is around Padang Bai Port, Bali. Guests arrange their own transport to the port. Exact meeting details will be shared after booking confirmation.

What time do we arrive in Gili Trawangan on Day 1?

Estimated arrival is around 11:30 AM, followed by hotel check-in and free time. Timing may vary depending on sea conditions and fast boat operations.

Is the snorkeling tour private?

Yes. Day 2 is a private snorkeling tour. You will explore the three Gilis until the afternoon, then return to the hotel or enjoy free time.

Kayak or paddleboard: do we get both?

Day 3 includes a full-day rental of either a Kayak or a Paddle Board (choose one). Pick-up is between 09:00–10:00 AM at the designated rental spot.

Is drone photo/video included on Day 3?

Yes. Your paddling session will be documented with an exclusive drone photo/video service, capturing your adventure from a unique aerial perspective.

Horse riding: how long is the session and when?

Day 4 includes a 1-hour horse riding session in the late afternoon. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities.

Senaru Waterfall Day Trip: is it a long day?

Yes. Day 5 starts early and includes boat transfers plus a scenic drive to North Lombok. You’ll visit Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, then return to Gili Trawangan by private boat in the evening.

What should I bring for the tour?

Bring swimwear, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, a light jacket for transfers, hat, comfortable sandals, a dry bag/waterproof phone case, and cash for meals, entrance tickets, and personal expenses.

What if I get seasick on the fast boat?

Take anti-seasickness medication 30–60 minutes before departure, stay hydrated, and sit in the middle of the boat for better stability.

What happens on day 5 (departure day)?

If you continue to Bali, we facilitate fast boat + shuttle bus to your hotel. If you continue to Lombok, we facilitate public boat transfer and private transport to Lombok.

Although the departure schedule remains fixed, you will enjoy greater comfort, privacy, and a more flexible trekking pace during the hike. The guide can focus entirely on your group, allowing you to take breaks, enjoy the scenery, or stop for photos more freely without adjusting to other participants. One Night in Senaru
Le premier jour à 12 h, nous viendrons vous chercher à partir de votre emplacement. Si vous êtes sur les Îles Gili, vous pouvez passer à Bangsal et de répondre à la Rinjani trekking point de rencontre. Rinjani, le trekking peut organiser des ramassages de tous les secteurs à Lombok. Après une rencontre au point désigné, vous serez amené à Senaru. Dans Senaru, vous pouvez visiter la chute d'eau ou tout simplement se détendre. Vous allez rester ici pour une nuit avant de commencer le voyage le lendemain.

Jour 1 Adventure Nature

Senaru Village to Senaru Crater Rim
The trek starts in Senaru Village and soon leads hikers into a thick tropical rainforest. Most of this part of the route is shaded, creating a cooler atmosphere with soft, earthy ground underfoot. Along the way, trekkers will pass over tangled tree roots, natural stair-like paths, and some rocky stretches, particularly on steeper sections.

The climb continues steadily at a moderate pace, requiring stamina rather than technical skills. As the elevation rises, the dense forest gradually gives way to more open ridges, revealing occasional scenic views before arriving at the Senaru Crater Rim, located 2,641 meters above sea level. After lunch, we will make our way to the Sembalun Crater Rim (2639 meters). This will take approximately 3 hours, including a prolonged steep climb. We will camp for the night on the crater rim, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Jour 2 Adventure Nature

Return to Senaru Village
The hike back retraces the same rainforest route toward Senaru Village. Although descending feels lighter on the lungs, the extended downhill stretches can place extra pressure on the knees. Trekkers need to stay alert and step carefully, as the path is filled with exposed roots and may become slippery in wet or rainy weather.

This program does not cover the Mount Rinjani summit or Segara Anak Lake, as those destinations require longer routes and a higher level of physical endurance. Instead, the trek focuses on reaching the Senaru Crater Rim, known as one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in the national park.

The Senaru Crater Rim trek is perfect for those seeking a memorable mountain adventure with stunning panoramic scenery, without the challenges of extreme altitude, midnight summit hikes, or multi-day trekking schedules typically required for summit climbs.

Q Where is the Lombok meeting point?

On the first day at 12 pm, we will pick you up from your location. If you are on the Gili Islands, you can cross over to Bangsal and meet at the Rinjani trekking meeting point. Rinjani trekking can arrange pickups from all areas in Lombok.

Q What should I bring for the trekking?

Tent, sleeping bag, mat, and appropriate bedding to cope with varying temperatures at different altitudes
Warm clothing such as a thick jacket, layered clothing, socks, and a hat to protect against the cold temperatures at the summit
Comfortable and waterproof hiking boots, as well as sandals for resting at the campsites
Cooking utensils, including a stove and fuel, along with enough food for the journey
Flashlight or headlamp for nighttime use
Navigation tools such as a map, compass, or GPS
For the Rinjani trekking service package, tents and food have been prepared
