during the snorkeling activity every week without prior notice due to limited Google Drive storage.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Participants agree that the snorkeling organizer is not liable for the loss or damage of photos or videos that have been deleted.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Participants agree to grant the snorkeling organizer the right to use their photos or videos on the condition that this right is limited only to marketing or promotional activities.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">The organizer is not responsible for issues related to bookings and ticket purchases made outside of official counters or official online accounts (Website, Google Maps, and official social media accounts of Gili Trawangan Tour &amp; Travel).<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Participants agree that their participation in the snorkeling activity signifies their acceptance of all the terms and conditions set by the snorkeling organizer.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">Photos will be uploaded within a maximum of 3 days after the
